1. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel within 24 hours of advance payment provided work has not started.Monthly retainers require 15 days written notice before the next billing cycle.
2. Refund Policy
Before work begins:Full refund minus payment gateway charges.
After work begins:
Advance payments become non-refundable.
Milestone payments are final.
Third-party purchases including domains, hosting, stock assets, software licenses and paid advertisements are non-refundable.
3. Return Policy
No physical products are shipped.Returns are not applicable.
4. Refund Request Process
