1. Services Offered
TechVision Digital is a digital marketing and development agency offering services including, but not limited to, Website Development, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Meta Paid Ad Campaigns, Social Media Marketing, Brand & Graphic Design (Logo, Poster, Flex Design), and Digital Business Consulting.2. Quotations and Payments
All service fees, payment schedules, and project scopes are defined in individual service contracts, invoices, or proposals agreed upon before project commencement.Payments must be made via our approved payment channels (including credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, or designated payment gateways).
Delayed payments may result in the temporary suspension of ongoing services, website deployment, or campaign delivery.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise specified in a separate service agreement, all custom designs, graphics, and website code created for a client remain the property of TechVision Digital until full payment is received.Upon full settlement of invoices, ownership and intellectual property rights for the finalized deliverables are transferred to the client.
TechVision Digital retains the right to display completed projects in its portfolio for promotional purposes.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide necessary access credentials, brand assets, text copy, and images in a timely manner to facilitate project execution.Clients are responsible for ensuring that all materials provided to TechVision Digital do not infringe upon any third-party copyrights or trademarks.
5. Limitation of Liability
TechVision Digital strives to deliver high-quality digital solutions; however, we do not guarantee specific revenue, search engine rankings, or ad performance outcomes, as these depend on market variables and third-party platform policies (e.g., Google, Meta).In no event shall TechVision Digital be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
